Phase 6 · The Ordeal of Refinement
Shadow Work & Integration
Enter the deep forge and integrate what is hidden.
The deep ordeal of the Path. Heat and hammer bring hidden impurities to the surface: projection, envy, pride, and disowned strength. Integration here builds resilience, humility, and coherent character.
How this phase is walked
Each phase is one formation module: Receive the teaching, Practice, Examine, Test it in ordinary life, and Return with a phase artifact.
